Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • ability to adhere to cleaning protocols and safety standards
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work independently and responsibly

Job Duties

  • maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas such as residential homes, common areas, and dining rooms
  • perform cleaning duties following approved department cleaning procedures
  • ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards
  • attend to routine housekeeping tasks promptly and efficiently
  • collaborate with team members to maintain the overall cleanliness of the community
  • report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
  • adhere to scheduled shift times and communicate availability effectively
