Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent education or experience
- previous experience as housekeeper in a patient care facility preferred
- experience with housekeeping equipment such as buffer preferred
- basic reading writing and math skills required
- ability to communicate English effectively orally and in writing
- ability to learn to use housekeeping equipment and perform housekeeping duties
- availability to work day evening and night shifts
- flexibility to work variable days including weekends once a month

Job Duties
- maintains assigned areas in a clean orderly and sanitary condition
- performs work assignments effectively and according to prescribed methods
- responds to special cleaning requests and assistance needs promptly
- ensures smooth workflow within the facility through timely cleaning
- may act as a designee for Lead Housekeeper or Department Manager in their absence
- learns and utilizes housekeeping equipment proficiently
- communicates effectively in oral and written English
