Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- Maintain resort housekeeping detail standards
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and associates
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
