Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- attention to detail
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Qualifications
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- strong ability to communicate effectively with employees guest and owners
- possess ability to work independently and follow instructions

Job Duties
- clean resort units including sleeping quarters kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort count fold mark or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
