Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
  • willingness to work in a physically demanding role

Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
