Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- willingness to work in a physically demanding role

Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
- handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
