Job Duties
- cleaning resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- maintaining and adhering to housekeeping quality standards
- vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies
- making beds
- replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sorting, counting, folding, marking and carrying linens
- responding to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction
- handling guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
