Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
- Must be reliable, caring and positive
- Must maintain respect for elderly residents
- Ability to stay calm at all times
- Must have prior cleaning experience
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Must be able to follow established housekeeping procedures
- Must be able to communicate in English
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning services preferably in restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel or hospitality industry
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Pleasant and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work swiftly and thoroughly
- Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, office and surrounding areas according to housekeeping standards
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Interact courteously and professionally with residents, their families, guests and team members
- Follow cleaning procedures established by the Director of Housekeeping
- Work efficiently and thoroughly with attention to detail
- Adapt to different personality types and situations in a positive way
- Maintain respect for elderly residents and stay calm in all situations
