Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Good physical health and stamina
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Must pass background check

- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning agents safely
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
- Engage in prospective resident visits
- Clean resident apartments including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds, and linen service where applicable
- Responsible for personal laundry service where applicable
- Maintain cleanliness of entire building
- Monitor public restrooms for cleanliness and adequate supplies throughout the day
- Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director
