Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to participate in full training program
- able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- able to handle physical demands of housekeeping work
- demonstrate flexibility and professionalism
- pass background screening
- authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- passion for working with seniors
- reliable and trustworthy
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of resident living areas and common spaces
- follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards
- collaborate with the care team to support resident comfort
- report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly
- uphold privacy and dignity of all residents
- participate in training and development sessions
