- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment
- Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities
- Cleans restrooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking restroom supplies as needed
- Removes trash and disposes of in designated areas
- Maintains all janitorial equipment
- Reports the need for any major repairs to management
- Performs other related duties as assigned
