Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- written and verbal communication skills
- pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and tuberculosis tests
- comply with vaccination and health safety requirements mandated by Oakmont Management Group
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age

- possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees supervisors physicians healthcare professionals residents and their families

Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- clean all public areas common areas and work areas as directed
- complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
