Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 12 pm
Job Qualifications
- excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- strong time-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- dependable for the Monday-Friday 7am-12pm shift
- ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the Director of Housekeeping
Job Duties
- maintain all public and common areas including lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors
- ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are sanitized and kept to the highest cleanliness standards
- remove dust, dirt, and debris from walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and handrails
- empty trash cans and replace liners regularly throughout the shift
- utilize proper safety measures including caution signage and safe chemical storage
- keep housekeeping carts and storage areas clean, sanitary, and orderly
- notify leadership immediately regarding resident safety concerns or supply needs
