Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to work the 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift Monday through Friday
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good communication skills
Prior experience preferred

Prior experience in housekeeping or healthcare cleaning preferred
Ability to follow safety protocols and proper chemical usage

Ability to work evening shifts

Job Duties

Perform terminal cleaning of patient rooms after discharge
Clean nursing units, surgical areas, offices, labs, waiting areas, and public restrooms
Make beds and empty trash receptacles
Wipe equipment and clean furniture
Polish floors and vacuum carpets
Clean restrooms and launder hospital linens
Conduct daily inspection and inventory of housekeeping equipment
