Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Strong customer service orientation

- At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community
- Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in resident rooms and communal spaces
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
- Adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols
- Using cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Communicating effectively with residents, family members, and team members to address housekeeping needs
