Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- background check must be clear
- valid driving record check
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- willingness to learn physical interventions and verbal de-escalation techniques
- commitment to maintaining a safe therapeutic environment
- availability to work 24 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- familiarity with cleaning techniques and safety standards
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions related to safety and confidentiality
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of residence areas
- maintain cleanliness of community spaces and shared facilities
- follow safety and sanitation protocols specific to residential care settings
- manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- collaborate with staff to ensure a therapeutic environment
- report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- support a respectful and welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff
