Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays if required

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a service plus attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times
