Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of professional cleaning experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Willingness and ability to drive for work-related purposes
- Ability to identify and address safety hazards
- Availability to work mornings and weekends

- One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive and caring demeanor when interacting with residents and families
- Availability for morning and weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Provide a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
- Assist with laundry and other assigned tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction
- Ensure proper use and care of all cleaning equipment
- Identify and correct or report safety hazards
- Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
- Work in a high-pressure environment handling urgent matters and resolving conflicts
- Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle as required to perform job duties
