Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Pass a drug screening at the company’s discretion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow company safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas to include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintaining the housekeeping cart by keeping it clean, stocked and labeled
- Assisting with related duties as needed, such as laundry or spill cleanup
- Participating in employee referrals
- Taking part in employee of the month/year recognitions
- Assisting with resident tours (move-in)
- Supporting a clean and safe living environment
