Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time including weekends
- Experience in a similar position is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Pass a drug screening if required
- Legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and detail-oriented
Job Duties
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintaining the housekeeping cart by keeping it clean, stocked and labeled
- Assisting with related duties as needed such as laundry or spill cleanup
- Participating in employee referral programs
- Supporting resident move-in tours
