Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ability to perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment preferably in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents and peers
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
- willingness to live by company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- willingness to serve a senior population
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment, ideally in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- servant-hearted with a passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- Make the community beautiful for residents
- clean resident apartments, patios, decks, and common areas
- serve a senior population with resort quality cleanliness and attention to detail
- live by the company's core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- maintain cleanliness standards to ensure residents live worry-free
- collaborate with team members to maintain community standards
- provide excellent customer service to residents
