Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- strong desire to work with the elderly
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and tuberculosis tests

- willing to comply with company COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination and use of personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- clean all resident apartments as directed
- clean all public areas common areas and work areas as directed
- complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
