Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ability to work part-time from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday
- willingness to learn proper cleaning procedures
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- background check clearance
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and the community
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- experience in housekeeping is advantageous but willing to train the right person
- passion for hospitality and servant-hearted attitude
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments patios decks and common areas
- ensure resort-quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- share in making our community a beautiful place for residents to live
- live by core values of respect kindness and compassion honesty and service excellence
- develop positive relationships with residents peers and the community
- maintain cleanliness to support the safety and comfort of residents
- assist in upkeep of community spaces to promote a welcoming environment
