Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping, laundry or janitorial experience preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare environment is a plus
- A solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or GED or 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have the ability to complete required safety classes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass drug test and FBI or BCI background checks

- Prior housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial experience preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare environment is a plus

Job Duties
- Vacuuming, moping, sweeping, and dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Clean and supply restrooms
- Remove waste and empty trash
- Use of industrial washer and dryer
- Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected
- Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Organize janitorial storage areas
- Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
- Assisting as needed in other specialty areas of the building, including assisted living, long-term care, and laundry
- Additional duties as assigned
