Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform cleaning duties including dusting vacuuming mopping and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience in a team environment preferred
- willingness to undergo training if lacking housekeeping experience
- good interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and team members
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
- passion for hospitality and servant-hearted approach to work
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and community
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to learn and be trained in housekeeping tasks
- passion for hospitality and serving seniors
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments patios/decks and common areas
- share in making the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- serve a senior population with resort quality standards of cleanliness
- live by core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
- maintain attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- develop positive relationships with residents and team members
- uphold company cleanliness and service standards
