- previous housekeeping work experience preferred

Job Duties
- Cleans and services nursing units, patient rooms, baths, bathrooms, and business offices
- cleans and mops floors
- dusts furniture and equipment
- cleans windows and window sills
- empties trash baskets and arranges furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion
- uses necessary equipment and supplies in proper manner to accomplish job tasks
- detects unclean areas and takes necessary action to insure that the Hospital cleaning standards are met
- exercises initiative and judgment in maintaining assigned area in a clean and orderly condition
- prepares soiled linen for pick up by contract laundry
