Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ability to work the schedule from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday
- prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with senior residents
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- commitment to uphold company core values
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and community
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- willingness to learn and be trained in housekeeping
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Make the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- clean resident apartments, patios/decks and common areas
- serve a senior population ensuring resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- live by core values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- collaborate with team members to maintain community standards
- respond to resident requests related to housekeeping
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
