Job Requirements

  • Ability to push and pull loaded carts over uneven surfaces
  • Stand, kneel, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Lift heavier objects with assistance
  • Follow all safety and security policies
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Provide excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests promptly
  • Fill and transport housekeeping carts with supplies
  • Enter guest rooms following proper procedures
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies
  • Change linens and clean bathrooms
  • Remove trash and dirty linen
  • Check appliances and straighten room furnishings
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care
  • Follow safety and security protocols
  • Report maintenance and safety issues
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome guests and address their needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Support team goals
  • Adhere to quality standards
  • Move and lift objects with or without assistance
