Job Requirements
- Ability to push and pull loaded carts over uneven surfaces
- Stand, kneel, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift objects up to 25 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Fill and transport housekeeping carts with supplies
- Enter guest rooms following proper procedures
- Replace guest amenities and supplies
- Change linens and clean bathrooms
- Remove trash and dirty linen
- Check appliances and straighten room furnishings
- Dust, polish, and remove marks
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care
- Follow safety and security protocols
- Report maintenance and safety issues
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests and address their needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
