Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
ability to learn and follow cleaning procedures
willingness to work Monday through Friday mornings
dependable and punctual
ability to work well with seniors and team members
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
commitment to upholding company core values

Job Qualifications

knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
experience in housekeeping is preferred but willing to train
excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

clean resident apartments, patios/decks and common areas
ensure resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
make the community a beautiful place for residents to live
live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty and service excellence
collaborate effectively with team members
maintain safety and hygiene standards
respond to resident requests professionally
