Job Requirements

a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
experience in a housekeeping or hospitality environment preferred but not required
ability to work the scheduled hours of 8:00 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday
reliable and trustworthy with strong work ethic
servant-hearted attitude and passion for hospitality
ability to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail
team player willing to collaborate with others

Job Qualifications

know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
experience in housekeeping is best but willing to train the right person
ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Job Duties

share in making our community a beautiful place for residents to live
clean resident apartments, patios/decks and common areas
serve a senior population ensuring resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
live by our core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
maintain positive relationships with residents and team members
follow proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
