Job Duties
- Clean all common areas according to standards including restrooms, dining rooms, elevators, hallways, landings, stairs, railings, light fixtures, resident activity areas, and lobby
- clean all assigned resident apartments
- work as a team with maintenance to monitor the look, smell, cleanliness, and maintenance of all spaces
- submit maintenance work orders to the Environmental Services team as needed
- notify Environmental Services Manager when supplies are diminishing
- maintain a clean, orderly laundry room and store chemicals according to product or supervisor instruction
- perform other duties as assigned
