Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
previous experience in assisted or supportive living preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills required
ability to work compassionately with residents
adherence to safety protocols and cleaning standards

Job Qualifications

exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

Job Duties

Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas
adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members
engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner
cultivates a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected
participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
