Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques
- Ability to use personal protective equipment properly
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of OSHA and EPA safety regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm
- Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning and sanitation techniques
- Understanding proper use of chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Familiarity with personal protective equipment for janitorial functions
- Ability to perform multiple cleaning tasks
- Clear understanding of safety data sheets, OSHA guidelines, and blood-borne pathogens
- Experience using industrial-grade cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- Ensure all designated areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are clean and tidy
- Perform entry-level custodial and janitorial services in accordance with safety regulations
- Use industrial-grade cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Adhere to OSHA, EPA guidelines, and blood-borne pathogen protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide an environmentally safe working environment for residents and staff
- Routinely maintain cleanliness and sanitation across multiple campus buildings
