Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent ged
- experience in housekeeping or willingness to learn
- ability to work monday through friday morning schedule
- strong attention to detail
- ability to interact respectfully and kindly with senior residents
- team player attitude
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- previous housekeeping experience preferred but willing to train
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and the community
- high school diploma or equivalent ged required
Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness of resident apartments patio and deck areas
- clean common areas of the community
- maintain resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- serve and interact kindly with a senior resident population
- uphold company core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
