Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and health screening including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols to prevent the spread of communicable diseases
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred

- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs

- Willingness to comply with health and safety measures including COVID-19 protocols
Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
- Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
