Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
- cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards, policies and procedures
- ensures housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas are maintained to company standards while in use
- stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management
- reports maintenance issues to the front desk and manager on duty
- reports remaining guest property in check-out rooms to the front desk and manager on duty
- assists with reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests
- complies with all safety and security policies and procedures
- completes required and annual training
- assists with cleaning other hotel areas such as breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas
- maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- performs other duties as assigned by management team
