Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related cleaning roles preferred
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willing to complete required training
- ability to comply with safety and security policies

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
- cleans assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures
- ensures housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas are maintained to company standards
- stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management
- reports all maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty
- reports any found guest property in check-out rooms to the front desk and manager on duty
- assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests where possible
- complies with all safety and security policies and procedures
- completes all required and annual Extended Stay University training
- assists with cleaning other hotel areas such as breakrooms, guest laundry, fitness rooms, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas as assigned
- responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness
- performs other duties as assigned by management team
