Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks involved in cleaning
- Must be able to work flexible schedules

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience
- Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensures housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas meet company standards
- Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed
- Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty
- Reports guest property left in check-out rooms to management
- Assists with guest requests and accommodations when possible
- Complies with all safety and security policies
- Completes all required training
- Assists in cleaning other hotel areas including breakrooms, laundry room, fitness room, and common areas
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
