Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training necessary
- Ability to understand instructions, policies, and guidelines
- Ability to follow guidelines and adhere to company standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and staff
- Ability to physically perform housekeeping duties, including bending, kneeling, crouching, and occasionally pushing or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100 percent commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests
- Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensures housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas are maintained to company standards while in use
- Stocks carts and cart rooms as necessary or directed by management
- Reports all maintenance issues directly to the front desk and manager on duty
- Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room directly to the front desk and manager on duty
- Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible and practical
