Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while dealing with demanding customers
- Must be very swift yet thorough with cleaning practices
- Maintains an abiding respect for the elderly and remains calm at all times
- Must always be reliable, caring and positive in actions and demeanor
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to adjust to different personality types and situations in positive ways
- Must have a pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents and management
Job Qualifications
- Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality or similar industry is a plus
- Experience working with a senior population is preferred
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations in positive ways
- Pleasant and courteous demeanor
- Reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments according to housekeeping standards
- Maintain restrooms and common areas cleanliness
- Ensure office and surrounding areas are tidy
- Interact pleasantly and professionally with residents, families, guests, and team members
- Follow guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide great customer service with attention to detail
