Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and lifting
- Experience working in a cleaning or housekeeping role preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to move furniture when required
- Commitment to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout senior living areas
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Ensure resident rooms and communal spaces are tidy and welcoming
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly
- Assist with moving furniture and other physical tasks as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Support team efforts by communicating effectively with staff and residents
