Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
- Willingness to work full-time on the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Successful completion of background and identity checks
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas to ensure a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors
- Assist with overall housekeeping department functions under the direction of the Director of Plant or Environmental Services or Designee
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel
- Support teamwork by cooperating with other staff to achieve departmental goals
- Follow established protocols for cleaning chemicals and equipment use
