Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- Must comply with all safety requirements
- Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment
- Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime, weekends and non-traditional holidays
- May be required to be on-call and aid during staffing deficiencies on-site
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time
- Ability to tolerate stressful situations
- Ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean available units and/or model homes and common areas such as pool area, gym, and property office as directed
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, wipe down trim and molding, clean glass windows and doors, sweep exterior patios, pick up and remove trash, clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Follow safety standards when performing tasks
- Follow manufacturer's instructions and recommendations when using chemicals or operating equipment
- Clean and properly store equipment and supplies at the end of each shift
- Follow proper infection control and universal precautions when performing tasks
- Communicate opportunities for site improvements and repairs to property manager
- Other duties as directed by property manager
