Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- willingness to work full-time monday through friday daytime hours
- able to be on feet for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 15 pounds
- driver’s license and car preferred but not required
- strong team player with pride in work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic physical endurance for standing and light lifting
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- apply EPA approved disinfectants and cleaning products safely and effectively
- follow safety protocols including the use of gloves and masks
- manage schedules and appointments in a professional manner
- maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition
- deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive client relationships
- participate in training and adhere to company cleaning standards
