Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
able to pass a background check
great attitude and team player
willingness to learn
able to be on feet all day with light lifting less than 15 pounds
driver's license preferred
availability to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
strong work ethic and positive attitude
effective communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
willingness to undergo training and development

Job Duties

Clean homes according to the Detail-Clean Rotation System
perform light lifting up to 15 pounds
work on feet throughout the entire shift
maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
complete all training and computer-based learning modules
be punctual and reliable in attendance
collaborate effectively with team members
