Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to pass criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols such as vaccination, screening, surveillance testing, and PPE use
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong desire to work with elderly populations
Job Qualifications
- Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
- must be at least 18 years of age

- excellent customer service skills
- strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- adhere to Oakmont Management Group COVID-19 policies regarding vaccination, daily screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
- complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
