Job Requirements
- Available full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM
- Experience in hotel/restaurant housekeeping, in-home professional cleaning services, and/or janitorial is required
- Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Embody the Olympus Property Core Values
- Professionally clean and maintain apartment community interiors, model homes, vacant homes, and clubhouse/community amenities
- Freshen vacant apartments, leasing office and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances and dust
- Clean and sanitize the restrooms in the office, common areas and pool areas
- Assist in all other duties as assigned
