Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work full time approximately 36 hours per week
  • Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality and privacy

Job Qualifications

  • No experience required, willing to learn and be trained
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents and staff
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables where limited standardization exists
  • Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
  • Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
  • Ensure resident or guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Report maintenance issues when observed
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain community standards
