Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • legal proof of work authorization in the United States
  • willingness to undergo criminal background check and pre-employment screenings
  • ability to work overtime as needed
  • effective communication skills

  • proficiency with cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance

  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • preferred two years of housekeeping or janitorial experience

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness in office and clinical buildings
  • sweep, mop, and buff floors
  • vacuum and shampoo rugs
  • clean restrooms and replenish supplies
  • remove trash and replace liners
  • clean specialized medical areas using specific cleansers and sterilized equipment
  • report maintenance needs to supervisor
  • serve as liaison between customers, patients, and staff
  • participate in training and internal activities
  • perform other duties as assigned
