Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- must speak and understand English
- ability to work rotational schedules with extended time away from home
- ability to live in a camp or dormitory-style setting including sharing a room if required
- must pass pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal background check, and post-offer fitness for duty test

Job Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms, offices, and common areas
- make beds and change linens and towels
- clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and restrooms
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust
- empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- keep hallways, offices, and common areas clean and organized
- replenish supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials
- follow established cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervision
- work as part of a team to meet daily cleaning expectations in a fast-paced environment
- follow company safety policies and North Slope camp rules
- support other housekeeping or camp service duties as assigned
