Job Requirements
- High or secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience providing relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, equivalent to 0 to 1 year
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to learn and follow OSHA regulations
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work night shift including weekends
- Ability to use standard office equipment and technology proficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to perform under pressure while handling multiple tasks
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of appropriate cleaning methods and procedures

- Ability to learn, understand and follow OSHA regulations and bloodborne pathogens training
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the facility as indicated
- Document a checklist that all required cleaning tasks have been completed
- Collect and dispose of all trash and cardboard boxes daily
- Oversee stock of all janitorial supplies and inform purchasing department when replenishment is needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the utility room
- Complete additional housekeeping duties to support special facilities projects
- Report all building deficiencies to the supervisor
